READING PRINTABLES

Piles of Books

Your student should read for 30 minutes every day.  Reading can come in many forms, however, from newspapers, to comics, to graphic novels, to novels. Having your middle schooler read to a younger sibling is a great way to get everyone involved.

Have a reluctant reader? At the library, choose a book on tape to listen to with your middle schooler. Listen to it when you are in the car together. Talking about what you’ve heard will build your child’s listening comprehension and conversational skills.

Additionally, on this website families can print reading worksheets by grade level. Students read and answer questions.
